As a Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive software. Leveraging your extensive experience in embedded software development and Agile methodologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our next-generation vehicles.
You'll be employed directly by us to work on-site at our end client, a global leader in automotive technology, committed to redefining the future of transportation through innovation and sustainability. With a rich history of excellence and a dedication to pushing the boundaries of possibility, They are at the forefront of shaping the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of embedded software solutions for various automotive domains.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit and analyze customer requirements, driving the creation of robust software architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to international teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Champion Agile principles and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on automotive applications.
- Proven expertise in SW project management and product ownership, utilizing SAFe and Classical Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of V-Model, C, C++, Python, and other programming languages.
- Strong background in embedded Linux, QNX Hypervisor, and cross-compiling techniques.
- Experience in ADAS/IVI ECU SW development and STB/TV SW development is highly desirable.
- SAFe® 5 Agilist certification is a plus.
