That depends on which services you choose to include in your Package, as the range is unique for every client.
While setting up everything payroll-related or negotiating benefits usually takes a few hours, getting a Swedish work permit, social security number, or security clearance may take 3-18 weeks. For consultants already settled in Sweden the process usually goes faster.
