Quality Engineering - Engineer
Develop and implementation of effective methods and procedures and the use of proper equipment to effectively respond to requirements for accuracy of products and services. Review and coordinate quality assurance and quality control specifications for a given task or framework (e.g., a project, a product line, or a unit). Develop or evaluate quality programs, measure quality activities, and coordinate quality functions. Recommend and implement measures to improve effectiveness of quality operations and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Under the general guidance of a supervisor or more experienced engineer, perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices. Pursue initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction or fulfill legal or other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor's or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within a relevant field.
