We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Eccoci as a Project Engineering Manager. This role involves overseeing the engineering aspects of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Teams: Manage and guide a team of engineers to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met while optimizing resource efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address engineering challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and improvement in engineering processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in project engineering management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing engineering teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organisation, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on quality and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software tools.
